Hotel Local 101 Beaurepaire ★★★

Local 101 Beaurepaire is set for its grand reopening in Summer 2026! We are busy with a complete top-to-bottom renovation, transforming every detail to welcome you. From the same highly-rated team that created Local 101 Vesturbær in Reykjavik, Iceland (boasting a 9/10 on Booking.com), get ready to discover a new standard of Parisian hospitality.

Located in the beating heart of Paris, we are perfectly positioned just a 10-minute walk from the international hubs of Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. While our location remains unbeatable—just 300 metres from République Metro Station—our interiors are getting a major upgrade.

Upon our reopening, expect a fresh, contemporary design, enhanced by collaborations with local artists throughout the hotel, alongside a brand-new in-house bar and restaurant, Le Beaurepaire, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Our bright, revamped rooms will feature great new comfortable bedding, smart TVs, air conditioning, and high-speed free WiFi, and thoughtfully designed desks, ideal for those mixing business with leisure. You will also find brand new private bathrooms, complete with hairdryers and exclusive Parisian shower products.

Whether you're heading to the Galeries Lafayette, the Opéra Garnier, or walking to Montmartre, start your Parisian journey with us. We can't wait to welcome you back this summer.
