The building has restaurants in the ground floor, offices in the 1st floor and 7 fully equipped Studio apartments in the 2nd floor. It is located in front of a park and right opposite of famous Lisbons´ market MERCADO DA RIBEIRA with half of the space being TIME OUT MARKET with over 30 food stalls of best chef cooks of Lisbon.
The property is 250 meters away from central train and metro station, 300 metres from Bairro Alto and 500 metres from historical Chiado. Lisbon’s International Airport is located 8.3 km away from the units.
